Delivery Policy

Please make sure that the delivery address is correct. In case of an incorrect address, we will require a second delivery fee.

We will do our best to deliver your arrangement at a specific time, but sometimes we can’t guarantee the exact time due to traffic.

We will send you a text/photo of the flowers when the delivery is made.

We will try to text/call to the recipient ahead so that someone is available to receive the flowers unless the order is a surprise to the recipient. In that case please arrange that someone is there. 

If there is nobody there, we will try to find a safe place to leave the arrangement. If it’s a hot/cold day, we will text/call to establish a redelivery time.

Substitution Policy

Please understand that sometimes we have to create your arrangement using substitution materials due to the availability of certain flowers.

The arrangement might not look like the picture on the site. We will substitute flowers with the same value or more.

Cancellation Policy

We will provide a full refund if we haven’t started to make the arrangement. Once we start making it, then we have to charge 30% as a restocking fee.

Refund Policy

If there is damage during delivery, we will refund in full or will redelivery replacement flowers. Otherwise all sales are final.

We are trying our best to satisfy you but if somehow you are not satisfied with the arrangement, please let us know within 24 hours including the photo of the arrangement.

We will work to find a resolution.

*Tips to keep your flowers longer

– Avoid direct sunlight

-Avoid areas with wind or air movement.

-Use flower food as directed.

-Avoid extreme tempuratures.
